Are you passionate about creating intuitive, visually captivating, and user-centric designs? At Encify, we’re looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing elegant and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring the seamless flow of the user journey across web and mobile applications.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and functional designs that meet both business goals and user needs.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, keeping the user experience at the forefront.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience.
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs across different platforms.
  
• Develop design systems, style guides, and UI components to maintain consistency across projects.
  
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance, ensuring an engaging experience for all users.
  
• Work closely with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

• UI/UX Design Expertise: Strong experience in UI design, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  
• User-Centered Design: In-depth understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and user feedback to create designs that solve real user problems.
  
• Responsive & Mobile Design: Ability to design responsive, mobile-first interfaces that provide an optimal user experience across devices and screen sizes.
