As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our web and mobile applications meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and security. Your attention to detail will help identify bugs, inconsistencies, and potential issues before they reach our clients, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure the overall quality of our products.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and identify defects.
  
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional, performance, and security standards.
  
• Identify, document, and report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner to the development team.
  
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues found during testing.
  
• Ensure that all applications meet the requirements and specifications before release to production.
  
• Test cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and integration with third-party systems.
  
• Participate in sprint planning and work with product teams to define testing requirements and ensure quality at every stage of development.
• Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

 

Skills That Drive Impact:

• Manual Testing Expertise: Strong experience in manual testing, including functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.
  
• Automated Testing: Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) for efficient test execution and reporting.
  
• Bug Tracking: Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) to document, prioritize, and follow up on defects.
  
• Cross-Browser & Cross-Device Testing: Experience testing web applications across different browsers and devices to ensure consistent functionality.
  
• API Testing: Familiarity with API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI to validate endpoints and integrations.
  
• Performance & Security Testing: Understanding of performance testing (e.g., load, stress) and security testing to ensure reliability and secure applications.
  
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on identifying issues, inconsistencies, and ensuring that products meet high-quality standards.
  
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure issues are quickly addressed and resolved.
  
• Continuous Learning: Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest QA tools, technologies, and industry trends.
